Member Survey

Introduction

The Institute for Children's Environmental Health is conducting an analysis of the needs and existing resources of CHE-WA members on environmental public health issues, trainings and events in Washington State. We invite CHE-WA members to provide insights and feedback on these topics. The survey involves 22 questions in four sections. The entire survey should take between 15 and 30 minutes to complete.

CHE-WA is building a clearinghouse of stored materials within our member organizations. This searchable clearinghouse could be used to provide information for trainings, letters and briefings for policymakers, presentations, grant applications and other uses.
